Travail Employment Group is currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor on behalf of one of their most prestigious clients.
The role of the Customer Service agent is to personally deliver an excellent level of response and service to every contact from our clients’ customers whether verbal or written means. Incoming contact will be predominantly via telephone with the main objective being to provide high quality responses.
This contract is due to start in February and is a short-term position, so anyone applying for this role must be able to work on that basis. Each advisor will receive guaranteed hours.
The aim is to ensure that all customers who contact the Customer Service Team are delighted by the service provided and that the customer experiences a level of service that projects a positive image of the client’s business overall.
Duties of the Customer Service Agent shall include but won’t be limited to:
Answering inbound calls from customers wishing to place orders
Updating the in-house computer systems
Taking payment details
