My client, a very well established company based north Cambridge, is currently looking to recruit 3 experienced Legal Secretaries.
1) Float secretary - fixed term initially for 3 months, possibility of being extended to 6 months and even going permanent 2) Commercial Disputes legal secretary - permanent 3) Commercial Property legal secretary - maternity cover
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Person Specification:
Essential •Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and Outlook together with Excel and Publisher •Good personal organisation skills combined with attention to detail and a confident ability to juggle busy workload and manage priority tasks •Ability to use initiative and work well within a team •Good general understanding of legal procedures relating to the work of the team. •Fast, accurate audio typing (70 wpm +) and copy typing (50 wpm +) •Good filing and document management skills. •An ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of individuals and to deal with client enquiries •Someone who enjoys being a reliable member of a highly motivated team and contributing to developing the team’s work

My client, based in Huntingdon, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the day to day running of a production line, managing and developing a team of Production Operators to ensure the production plan is met in a timely, safe and cost effective way.
Accountability:
Control and optimise shift resources to meet Production Plan targets.
To provide leadership for the Production team (in particular shift supervisors).
Ensure compliance with company and statutory Health & Safety and quality requirements/standards.
Work with other departments, e.g. Process Engineering, Equipment Support, Quality, Stores/Planning, Mfg Mgt team, HR etc. to ensure activities are managed in an effective and coordinated way.
Meeting Daily Production Targets.
Key Challenges:
Managing the balance between output, equipment and people challenges, able to operate under pressure and keep a cool head. Being able to communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels while working under pressure.

Qualifications and experience:
