This vacancy is being advertised by Travail Employment Group who are operating as an Employment Agency. Our Lincoln based client is seeking to recruit a Telesales Advisor to join their ever-flourishing company on a permanent contract.
In this exciting and varied role you will be making calls from a pre-existing database in an effort to gain business leads and develop relations with potential clients. You will also be required to use your own initiative in making cold calls in order to gain further information and potential revenue. Once you have been successful in gaining an account, you will then continuously manage the client and ensure that they are provided with an exceptional service and level of care. This will include sending out any information that they may require via both post and email, answering any/all queries and then making subsequent follow up calls to ensure that they are contented with the service and products.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong customer focus. They will have the confidence and durability to make cold calls when required and will have a passion and determination that will translate through the achievements of their work.
