Salary: £12,000 - £15,000 DOE

Duration: Permanent (part time)

Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)

We are delighted to be working with a very well-established and highly reputable company operating within the medical supplies industry based in Burgess Hill. Due to their continued success and growth, they are currently seeking a New Business Executive / Internal Sales Administrator / Lead Generator to join their Sales Team on a part time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a drive for achieving in a sales environment.

Role overview:

To support the mobile and internal Sales teams ensuring all administrative requirements are actioned and updated daily. This role is a part time position working Monday to Friday, however, the start and finish times can be flexible.

The core duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct Lead Generation calls, developing new sales opportunities with existing customers and prospective clients - update Account Managers/Sales Team members as appropriate
  • Raise quotations and schedule follow up calls to discuss further
  • Manage the internal Database - updating any correspondence between customers and emailing out campaigns
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, redirecting where necessary
  • Any other administrative duties as and when required

Key skills required:

  • A good communicator at all levels
  • The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Accurate with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a close-knit team
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
