The Role
Sales Administration Coordinator required to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales team with daily administration activities. The role will suit a proactive administrator with excellent customer service and planning skills.
Key duties include:
• Daily liaison with customers over the phone and via email
• Preparation of customer quotations for goods and deliveries
• Processing orders via Sage accounting system
• Liaison with customers and production team to arrange day, time and method of delivery
• Source quotations for specific forms of deliveries
• Prepare despatch documents and issue to despatch team
• Progress daily deliveries and invoice goods on successful delivery

Candidate
The successfully appointed Sales Administration Coordinator will have the following skills and characteristics:
• A track record of experience liaising with customers over the phone
• Good time management skills and demonstrable experience of working to tight deadlines
• The ability to provide excellent customer service
• Competent use of Microsoft software, including excel, word and outlook
• Competent use of Sage or similar
• Proactive individual with a good work ethic
• Confidence to run with own initiative

The Package
£18,000 - £20,000 per annum
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
