Travail Employment Group are recruiting for a Maintenance administrator for a lettings company based near Mildenhall.
Duties include but not limited to:
Managing Help Desk Requests,
Liaising with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants
General Lettings Administration
Candidates need to be:
Experienced office administrator
Demonstrate good communication skills both verbal and written
Good computer skills
Excellent Telephone Manner
Proactive and well organised individual
Must have a full driving licence
Hours will be Monday- Friday 9.00-17.30 with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
You will be required to work one Saturday in three with a day off in lieu.
