Service Co-ordinator

Duration - Permanent
Salary - £21,000 per annum (plus bonus scheme)
Hours - Monday -Friday 8am-5pm


This machinery supplier has been established for over 30 years. They are currently looking for a Service Co-ordinator to join their existing team in Birmingham.

The key duties are:
·Coordinating a team of 5/8 field and resident engineers
·Take incoming calls from customers and deal with queries
·Support engineers with regards to bookings and cancellations
·Liaising with sub contractors
·Complete quotations and estimates
·Manage breakdown diaries within the company lead time
·Adhoc admin duties, cover overflow from reception
·This list is by no means exhaustive and will require other duties from time to time



The ideal Service Co-ordinator will have/be
·previous experience of working within a similar role
·strong communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
·an organised individual
·the ability to prioritise
·work well under pressure
