Job Title: Administrator / Receptionist
Salary: £8.00 - £9.00 per hour
Job Type: Permanent, Part-time, 18 hours per week
Hours: 9:30am - 2:30pm, 4 days a week, 1 in 3 Saturdays

Our client is looking for an Office Administrator / Receptionist / Administration Assistant to provided support and assistants in all areas of administration and reception, within a well-established fast pace motor service centre in Loughborough. An experienced Office Administrator / Receptionist / Administration Assistant with the knowledge of the motor repairs industry would an advantage however, not essential.
·Dealing with customers over the phone and via email
·Adhering to health and safety within the organisation
·Updating the company website and social media pages
·Liaise with suppliers and ordering of parts
·Processing invoices and payments
·Answering incoming calls and public enquires
·General administration duties and support
·Processing payroll via Sage™ Payroll
·Experience in using Sage™ Payroll (additional training provided)
·Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
·Can handle working within a face pace environment
·A positive and 'can do' attitude towards your work
·Ability to multi task and prioritise a heavy work load
·Provided support and encourage team members
