Our client a small, privately owned and organically growing company has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join their dynamic team.
This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their customer driven career in a thriving and supportive workplace.
Duties include.
• Manage end to end relationships with the customers.
• Manage accounts, client portfolio and customer renewals.
• Support invoice dispute resolution
As an Account Manager we are expecting candidates to be solution-focused and be able to manage new customers from concept to delivery. This role would suit Customer Service Executive, Sales Administrator or Project Support positions.
