Accounts/Office Administrator required for Hospitality company based in beautiful grounds on the outskirts of Gloucester , paying between £22,000 - £24.000 plus benefits.

Duration: Permanent
Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30 - 5.00 or 9.00 - 5.00 depending on preference

Due to relocation of current post holder a fantastic opportunity has opened up with a local company who are looking for someone to do general accounts and admin. duties. Working as part of a small team its important that you have a flexible and adaptable approach to work and be prepared to help out with special events which could involve the occasional weekend.

Your duties will involve:

- data input of stock levels
- maintain record of all deliveries
- maintain purchase and sale ledgers
- helping with payroll functions (full training will be given)
- taking payments from clients over the phone
- dealing with suppliers queries

Our client is looking for someone that has good computer skills, in particular Excel, and ideally has a working knowledge of Sage accounts. As the current team has been there for a while they are keen to take on someone who can bring some new ideas to the table and that is looking to stay in a role long term.
