Full time - 37.5 Hours per Week

£10.57 per hour FTC for 6 months with potential perm opportunities

If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our client in their friendly and busy HR department as an Administrator - no CIPD qualification necessary as this opportunity is about the right personality fit for the role. This role is ideal for a confident and sociable candidate who is looking to experience a role within a HR department or someone who has a keen interest in people engagement and event coordination.

The Role of an Administrator

Engage with employees about upcoming seasonal events and promote to ensure maximum involvement and attendance

Leading CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and Volunteering Projects

General support for HR team

Be the contact for employee benefit queries and questions

Administrative tasks including filing and updating employee information

Support the company in the digitisation project

The Ideal HR Administrator will have the following skills and attributes

Be sociable, approachable, good interpersonal skills and have excellent communication skills with all levels of employees and external contacts

Ability to prioritise and manage own workload

Can work under pressure

Be a team player

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
