Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to help our client for 2 weeks.

Skills and abilities:

  • Answering phone calls and routing to relevant employee
  • Dealing with incoming general email correspondence
  • Dealing with parcel deliveries
  • General admin - organisation, shredding
  • Assistant to Senior Management - performing general tasks

Key Requirements

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Knowledge of Computer packages
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Reliable and punctual
