£23,000 to £25,000 per annum, Permanent, 08:30 - 16:30 (Mon-Thur) 08:30 - 16:00 (Fri), TA6 Bridgwater, 33 days holiday, 8% Pension, on-site parking plus more!

A multinational engineering components manufacturing and supplier based business who are actively seeking an administrator to join their organisation. Established for 150 years, paving the way and continuing their success stories. This role will see you carrying out duties such as :

  • Answering and directing incoming calls from external clients and enquiries.
  • Ordering Stock items and items required for service and customised orders.
  • Providing product information and pricing information for clients.
  • Working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure delivery of products within client time scales.
  • Liaising with suppliers in regards to import and exports of goods.
  • Ordering office stationery.
  • General office Administration.

The successful administrator will have a need to hold excellent IT user experience, any SAP experience would be advantageous. You will have a need to be self driven and be communicative with both colleagues and clients. This would be a fantastic opportunity if you have worked as a sales administrator, engineering administrator or general office administrator within a manufacturing, engineering or supplier based industry. Full training within their products will be given.
