£13.58ph, Monday - Friday, early Friday finish, 12 Month maternity cover (potential to be extended), Weekly pay, 28 days holiday, Free parking, Sheffield, Immediate start.

Due to an increase in demand and continued success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a world-renowned business, with very high staff retention, based at their modern manufacturing facility in the Sheffield area. Working as part of a small and friendly team and reporting to the Production Manager. Day to day duties include:

• Maintaining and updating company databases to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

• Inputting and managing data using bespoke company software systems.

• Creating, processing, and recording purchase order numbers in line with company procedures.

• Liaising with customers to confirm completion of orders and ensuring finished product emails are issued promptly.

• Providing general administrative support, including handling correspondence, filing documents, and coordinating internal communications.

This role would suit someone with experience of Administration who has worked as an Administrator, Sales Assistant, Data Administrator, Administration Assistant, Office Clerk or Office Administrator within a distribution, production or manufacturing environment. The successful Administrator will:

• Have a good understanding of Microsoft software.

• Possess excellent communication skills.

• Pay close attention to detail and have great problem-solving skills.

• Be able to work as a part of a team.

The company is offering a fantastic benefits package including:

• 12-month maternity cover with potential to be extended.

• 37.5hrs per week.

• Weekly pay £13.58 per hour.
