Circa £18,000 negotiable depending on experience

Permanent position
Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm Friday 8am - 3.30pm


We have an exciting new opportunity to join our world renowned client as an Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Our client is offering a fantastic package including 22 days annual leave plus stats (30 in total) increasing to 35 days over 5 years. In addition to this you will also benefit from private Westfield health care, contributory pension, free car parking and an on site canteen facilities. You will receive a 30 minute lunch break each day alongside a 10 minute break during the morning. Salaries are paid on a monthly basis and holidays run from 1st October each year. In addition to this, you will also benefit from working within a modern state of the art environment and as part of a small and friendly team. Working as an Administrator, you will be reporting into the PA to the Executive Team. Our client is growing and as a result this is a new role within the business, giving the right candidate the opportunity to put their own mark on the role. This role will be extremely varied in terms of providing Administration support to different areas of the business including the Commercial department, HR and the Accounts team. Day to day responsibilities will include;

  • Typing up quotes
  • Booking stock onto their internal IT system
  • Providing support to accounts team - data input
  • Raising purchase order numbers
  • Covering reception as and when
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Other general administration duties including filing



As this role is a new position the workload will be varied depending on which area of the business needs support. This means we are looking for a candidate whom is flexible to work in different areas and can take on different tasks on a daily basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their Administration skills and develop experience in different business functions. We are open to hearing from candidates with a range of previous administration experience. Training will be provided on any areas that you have no previous experience in, as long as you have a strong admin background.


Criteria:

  • Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word
  • Some previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Flexible in their approach to work and covering other departments
  • Able to accurately produce documents
  • Ability to manage your own work load and generate your own work
  • Strong literacy skills
  • Ability to work independently
