Our central Newark client is looking for a self-motivated and friendly administrator to join their company as the face of the team.
Duties include:
• Meet and greet clients and visitors to the site
• Manage incoming telephone calls and transfer to correct department
• Provide admin support to Sales, Service, HR and Accounts functions
In order to be considered for the role candidates must be confident and have intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel. They must be able to juggle multiple departmental projects and prioritise their own day.
Some Sage experience would be helpful but is not essential.
This role would suit a Receptionist, Office Administrator or Assistant role.
