Production Operative

£25,775.88 p/a, Permanent, Uckfield, Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:15pm / 3:15pm finish on a Friday, Free parking, Training and development, PPE supplied, Christmas shutdown, 24 days annual leave + bank holidays, occasional overtime available.

We are delighted to be working with our established and longstanding client who are seeking a Production Operative to join their existing production line. This is a great opportunity for experienced individuals looking for a manufacturing position in a busy working environment.

• To complete light assembly work
• Finishing all products ready for packing - prepping, cleaning, checking
• Some basic computer terminal work
• Complete all relevant documentation and ensure products comply with marking and tagging requirements

The suitable candidate will offer experience in an assembly or production-based role and be confident using simple hand tools. You will need to demonstrate good dexterity skills, be physically fit with good stamina and be comfortable standing throughout the shift. Jobholders must be reliable, hardworking, and flexible, with a problem-solving approach to work. You will be a team player, and have come from a similar working environment as a factory operative or production operative.

The Package

• Permanent position to begin immediately
• Salary of £25,775.88 p/a
• 24 days annual leave + bank holidays

• Monday to Friday, 7:45am - 4:15pm (3:15pm finish on a Friday)
