Bid Support Assistant/Tender Assistant 

37.5 per week

An opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious and reputable team as a Bid Support Assistant/Tender Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Assisting in the coordination of all tasks involved in tender processes. 

Liaise with key Stakeholder to ensure the collation of all required documentation, is completed and proof read in a timely manner

Ensuring that all submissions are presented to an exceptional standard and signed off as per Bid/Tender Guidelines prior to despatch.

Organise, despatch and delivery of completed Tender/Bid using couriers as necessary to ensure the submission deadline is met.

The successful applicant with have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills and have a high level of attention to detail.
