The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Bill of Materials Engineer for our reputable client based in Oswestry. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks key to the development of the specification of bill of materials used within the manufactured products.
Key responsibilities:
• Own and manage the Engineering change process
• Ensure that all changes are progressed according to the engineering change process
• Conduct Engineering change review meetings, to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and all actions are recorded and tracked to conclusion
• Own and manage Engineering aspects of the MRP system, primarily part numbering, descriptions and structure
• Process Purchase & Warehouse Orders for Engineering Projects
• Provide Admin support to the R&D department.
Candidate:
The successfully appointed Bill of Materials Engineer will have the following qualifications and skills:
• Experience with MRP Systems
• Experience working with Engineering change process
• Understanding of technical assembly structure
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

• Hours of work: Monday - Wednesday 08:00 to 17:00 Thursday 08:00 to 16:30 Friday 08:00 to 12:00
