Looking for a varied, interesting and fast paced role but within a friendly, progressive and caring business, then we have the role for you.

Daily / hourly / weekly you will be dealing with Insurance claims from anything to do with employee to car accidents, fleet management for staff who are out and about across the UK from hire and pool cars, audit / inventory responsibility, regulations and compliance for a range of authorities including HMRC / local governments in multiple boroughs / DVLA etc, property maintenance of site building; stationary / consumables / planned and preventative maintenance issues ranging from a bulb out to a burst pipe and the processes surrounding this, Business service risks, KPI reports for 7 staff, customer care standards to the highest level.

If this role sounds busy, that's because it is, but you won't be alone! You will be supported by 7 staff members who report in to you so delegation is key to this role and also by your line Manager who is on site to help guide and develop your skills.

They are looking for a person who can develop existing systems by designing, declaring and monitoring appropriate policies and procedures, as well as identifying areas where new systems are required to meet changing legislation, they are keen to hear new ideas and want to develop this in you role.

You will have the shared responsibility to ensure that all legal and regulatory responsibilities are met

You will take ownership of a number of business services projects

You will be key in supporting the business to ensure that national and European statutory requirements are met in relation to business

This role requires care, compassion and understanding but also the ability to get the job done come what may, you need to be highly organised, practically minded, think on your feet in a sudden situation calmly, thrive on challenges and able to multi task efficiently.

Ideal candidate will be from a facilities / local government / lettings agent / compliance role previously and proficient in IT skills for all Microsoft Packages.
