Canteen Supervisor

Canteen Supervisor required for a Gloucester based manufacturing company based in Gloucester, GL2, paying £26,935 with a pay increase in April next year. Working 37.5 hours per week.

Your role will involve preparing breakfast and lunches ensuring that our clients 5 star Food Hygiene rating is maintained, along with the following duties:

- food preparation including cooking

- producing weekly menu's

- shopping for food

- ensuring records are kept up to date with regards to money spent

- ensuring the canteen is kept clean at all times

- recording all temperatures

- being aware of potential allergies and ensuring food is prepared accordingly

- preparing buffets for meetings

Our client requires someone that has the following:

- Food & Hygiene certificate Level 1 or above

- Full driving licence would be a distinct advantage
