Do you have experience of working in customer service, hospitality or events and are looking for a role that is both challenging and rewarding where no two days are the same? As a centre manager you will be responsible for making sure the operation runs smoothly whether it is dealing with enquiries by telephone, email or keeping social media up to date to organising a meeting room for a training event.
As the main key holder part of your daily tasks will be to complete property checks making sure that everything is in working order in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Highlighting any maintenance issues and liaising with external contractors to resolve in a timely manner.
As centre manager you will be the first point of contact for tenants and new clients, delivering excellent customer service. As you will be dealing with all levels of management, professionalism and discretion is a must along with problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
