Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to Food Safety, Allergen and Health & Safety procedures.

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes on the menu plan, including steak, fish, lasagne and other delightful menu items.

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.

Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard of quality and taste.

Work with the kitchen team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements:

Some experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen.

Personable team player with good communication skills.

Ability to cook a range of dishes with an understanding of dietary influences.

Good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
