Due to continued popularity this award winning quant village location hospitallity venue are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie who can contribute to their great reputation:

• Competently preparing and running your own section during busy lunch and evening services
• Using local, seasonal influences to develop menu specials with your kitchen colleagues
• Catering for functions and special events
• Being flexible to cover breakfast shifts as required
• Displaying a desire and passion for catering
• Ensuring all housekeeping requirements are being adhered too, as well as working to Food Safety Standards

The successful Chef de Partie will be able to produce fresh food to a high standard. This role would suit a chef, kitchen assistant, catering assistant or cook who has experience of working in a food led pub, hotel, restaurant or café. You will be working alongside an experienced kitchen team who can provide training and mentorship as required, leading to progression opportunities across the business.
