Construction Site Cleaner

Construction Site cleaner required for cleaning new build homes, Monday to Friday working 0800 - 1730, Company Vehicle issued, Working in Various Locations within Northamptonshire, driving licence is essential for this role. Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate.

An experienced cleaner is required to work on construction sites across Northamptonshire cleaning newly constructed residential homes. You will be required to do a 4 stage clean of each property being 2 to 6 bedroom homes for various home builders. You will be paired with an experienced member of the team for the first 2 to 4 weeks

Stage 1 - Initial clean - removing all wrapping from newly installed kitchens and bathrooms, cleaning of windows inside & out, cleaning of doors & window sills
Stage 2 & 3 - second clean after first snag has been completed, Cleaning the whole house for inspection by company directors and perspective purchasers
Stage 4 - Final deep clean of the whole house, doors, windows, window frames and sills, skirting boards Kitchens & bathrooms, carpets and floors

All homes are required to be cleaned to a high specification prior to occupation by the purchaser. The successful candidate will have experience in providing a high end cleaning service and be happy with physical work as the role requires you to be on your feet all day. The work can also be dusty being on construction sites.

As you will be working on a construction site Health & Safety awareness is key and CSCS card desirable but not essential. A driving licence is required as you will be issued with a company van to take to the site you will be working at. Licence criteria is the following

• Max 3 points
• Minimum age is 21 due to vehicle insurance
• No DD10
• No DR10
• No IN10
