Full Time

37.5 hours per week

£24,000 - £26,000 per annum

The Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established and growing business based in Wrexham for a Continuous Improvement Engineer. The successful candidate with leading improvement projects, control process changes and investigate process related issues.


• Apply structured methodology to problem solving (e.g. DMAIC, 8D)

• Undertake Root Cause Analysis (e.g. Fishbone, 5 Why) and develop Corrective Actions

• Work closely with other teams / departments to develop process improvements

• Support section leaders to deliver business objectives and meet/exceed targets

• Control and validate process changes using appropriate tools

• To assist in the development of standardised operating procedures

• Identify, develop and implement best practices across the plant

• To investigate flow/workplace organisation plant wide and make recommendations for improvement


• Proven track record of making an improvement in company performance using Lean Manufacturing techniques, with examples to show

• Experience of process improvements within a manufacturing environment

• Able to provide examples of C.I Completed projects

• Minimum 2 years of delivering Lean manufacturing techniques

• Analytical in approach to problem solving

• Effective communicator at all levels

• Data & fact driven, not afraid of challenging existing methods

• To be committed to a strong EHS culture on site.

• High level of proficiency in MS Office

The Package

£24,000 - £26,000 per annum

20 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday

Free Parking

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
