The key duties and responsibilities of your role are listed below.

• Attend client facilities, carry out surveys and produce reports.

• Identify customer maintenance needs and offer solutions to the client.

• Work alongside the Sales Team to ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.

• Liaise with Client Manager and prioritise the site visits that are required.

• Plot site visits and journey routes to and book in site visits to existing customers.

• Produce quotes for recommended work and ensure margins are maintained.

• Update client info, quotes, and reports onto CRM system.

To be considered for this role the Contracts Advisor needs strong communication skills and enjoy working in the field, visiting customers UK wide. The use of a company vehicle is provided so candidates must have a full clean driving licence. The Contracts Advisor will have soft sales skills and intermediate IT exposure.

This role would suit a Logistics Coordinator, a Site Manager, or a Maintenance Advisor.
