Hours : 08:30am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Contract : Permanent

Key Skills : Previous and / or current experience working within conveyancing as a Legal secretary or Conveyancing Legal assistant.

An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Assistant / Conveyancing Secretary to join a very well established law firm. This position based in the Bristol City Centre area, will see you working for an award winning firm who work to support the local community with their services and hold long standing client relationships. This Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Assistant / Conveyancing Secretary will be a key role within this busy firm where you will be supported and will see you building client relationships.

The position as Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Assistant / Conveyancing Secretary will include duties such assisting in a busy conveyancing department, Assist two or more fee earners, drafting Transfers, completing SDLT forms, submitting applications to HMLR, drafting completion statements and invoices. Will have an ability to handle a high volume case load.

This Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Assistant / Conveyancing Secretary will have a need for the successful candidate to be ambitious and a forward thinker, always planning ahead. The Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Assistant / Conveyancing Secretary will have a need to hold experience as a Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Assistant / Conveyancing Secretary.
