Our Newark client is looking for a friendly Customer Administrator to join their team on a part time basis. Supporting several full time Assistants, the part time Customer Administrator will be managing inquiries, loading rates, and providing admin support to internal teams and external partners.
Duties include:
• Handling admin support via ticketing systems
• Implementing new products and services
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Uploading rates for external clients
The ideal candidate will have a clear and confident telephone manner and intermediate IT skills including Excel.
