Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm

We're delighted to be working with our fantastic client in their search for a technologically savvy, quick to learn individual to join their growing team as a Customer Experience Executive.

Due to amazing growth in 2020, and no signs of slowing down, our client are looking to add to their small, friendly team.

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will have excellent communications skills in order to speak confidently and courteously with a wide range of customers. You will be resilient with an unflappable and positive outlook to enable you make the sometimes difficult calls, as well as highly computer literate to effectively, and quickly pick up our clients modern systems.

The role initially will be a mixture of office based and work from home, in the future this may become completely office based should social distancing allow this to happen safely. However, at the discretion of Management, it's possible that working from home could remain a part of the role for the right candidate.

The Role:

  • Proactively communicating with customers to provide updates on their order
  • Work with the team to rescue customer relationships when they're facing product delays or delivery issues
  • Make thank you calls to customers and delivery partners
  • Action returns and replacements.
  • Answering inbound calls from customers and delivery partners
  • Responding to inbound emails and enquiries
  • Oversee the end-to-end complaints procedure with customers
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks in line with business needs

Person requirements

  • Excellent technical skills
  • A desire to learn and grow within your role
  • Capable of independent, self-motivated work

Previous experience

  • Some previous office experience (essential)
  • Excellent IT skills (essential)
  • Previous experience in an office based Customer Service position (highly desirable)
  • Experience handling complaints procedure (highly desirable)
