Fantastic permanent opportunity to join this busy global Company as a Customer Service/ Account manager .

The company have offices based in the UK And Globally with the most local office being in Wellingborough, however the role will be working from home. All induction , on boarding training, IT and Telecoms equipment will be provided by the company.

The role of the Customer Order Management Representative / Account Manager will be to be a single point of contact for high value Customer Accounts , managing the entire order life cycle to ensure orders are processed on time.

The ideal Customer Order Management Representative / Account Manager will have worked in a demanding Customer account Management/ Supply chain role previously and have excellent communication and IT skills.

The Customer Order Management Representative / Account Manager will have to take ownership of and resolve complex customer inquiries through extensive research and provide timely informative responses as per the SLA agreement with the customer. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring that customers comply with Export policies and Export/ shipping documentation is compiled to relevant legislation. Knowledge of Export processes and documentation would therefore be a distinct advantage.

Other desirable skills of the Customer Order Management Representative / Account Manager include knowledge of quality management systems. An understanding of Customer order Management policies, procedures and metrics and Process improvement.
