Full time Customer Service Administrator, Knaresborough, salary to £20,000 plus excellent benefits package.
My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who can professionally deal with customers by telephone and email through the entire sales process.
The role will involve
- Dealing with customers orders by phone and email
- Managing the order process from start to finish taking responsibility of every aspect
- Providing technical data as required and offering alternatives if items are out of stock
- Liaising with all relevant departments
- Resolving any queries or complaints
- Providing customers advise as they require it
Key skills
- You must have outstanding customer service skills and be able to deal with customers in a professional manner at all times
- Have the ability to resolve queries and provide solutions
- Be reactive to calls and able to prioritise their workload
- Good IT skills
