12 month contract

Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm



The Role

A Customer Service Advisor is required to join a dynamic and progressive business based within Oswestry. The appointed candidate will be responsible for providing support for internal and external customers along with ensuring administrative tasks are completed to an excellent standard.


• Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Updating the CRM system accurately

• Collecting data and information from customers in order to update their file

• Processing claims and liaising with internal stakeholders

• Handling complaints in a professional manner

• General administration duties

• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues

• Any other administrative duties as required

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines

• Strong team player

The Package

• £17,463 per annum

• Working hours 37 (Monday - Friday)

• Pension + childcare vouchers

• 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) - pro rata
