A Customer Service Advisor is required to join a dynamic and progressive business based within Oswestry. The appointed Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing support for internal and external customers along with ensuring administrative tasks are completed to an excellent standard.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service at all times.

- Providing support and advice according to customer needs.

- To act as a central contact for new customers, ensuring a seamless set-up across all internal departments.

- Updating the CRM system accurately.

- Collecting data and information from customers in order to update their file.

- Processing payments, and processing sensitive information according to company and regulatory guidelines.

- Handling complaints in a professional manner.

- General administration duties.

- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues.

The Candidate:

The successfully appointed Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills and abilities:

- Demonstrable working history within an office environment

- Excellent telephone manner and complaint handling skills

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Good attention to detail

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines

- Strong team player

- Knowledge of BACS and Direct Debit guidelines is desirable

The Package

- £19,000 per annum

- Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (1 hour lunch break)
