The Role:

Sales and Customer Service Coordinator is immediately required by a growing manufacturing and distribution business to aid the provision of excellent customer service and the associated administration. The role will initially start on a temporary basis though progression opportunities are available for the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Work with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

• Ensure the accuracy and adequacy of sales / rental-related equipment or material.

• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales / rental support when requested.

• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.

• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

• Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems.

The Candidate:

The ideal Sales and Customer Service Coordinator would have the following skills and abilities:

• Confident communication and telephone skills

• The ability to prioritise and organise the working day whilst responding to constantly changing customer requirements

• The ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel

• Confident and comfortable liaising with customers, sales team and warehouse

• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a busy working environment

• A good team player, resilient and flexible with regard to tasks performed.

The Company:

Our client is a rapidly expanding manufacturing and distribution business who supply high performance products to the UK and Europe. They will provide the successfully appointed Sales and Customer Service Coordinator with a very busy, friendly working environment where there are progression opportunities.

The Package:

• £9.48

• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5pm (with a 30 minute lunch break)

• Free Car Park.
