The Role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Team Leader to manage a team of Customer Service Specialists in managing customer enquiries, process orders, managing orders through dispatch, ensuring customer expectations are met and supporting the team to achieve performance objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Training and support of the customer services team and implement new processes and instructions

• Work closely with business partners to understand deadlines, answer technical questions and commercial issues.

• Understand workload and delegate tasks accordingly.

• Be the point of contact for Senior Management team.

• Assist with resolution of customer queries and support the team with quotations, order processing, shipping and invoicing.

• Raise and process export licence applications.

• Allocation of invoiceable parts available for dispatch

• Support of accounts receivable as well as quality assurance for a qualified complaint processing.

The Candidate:

• Experience of managing, motivating and developing teams.

• Analytical and data driven.

• Good interpersonal skills, able to deal with customers and internal staff at all levels.

• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.

• Pro-active and self managing.

The Package:

• £27,00 per annum

• Free parking

• 28 days holiday including bank holidays

• Monday to Thursday 8.00am 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm
