Job Title: Customer Services Executive/Administrator

Location: Solihull

Salary: £16,000 - £17,000

We currently have a number of vacancies for people with skills within Customer Services or Administration within Solihull. Our clients are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable candidates to join their teams. The roles that we have are very variable and will require the successful applicants to be able to prioritise their workload on a daily basis. From answering the phone to data entry and filing the roles require the ability to be flexible.

Duties may include:

  • Inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Data entry
  • Creating of clients' accounts
  • Meeting and greeting of visitors
  • Filing

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have a keen eye to detail
  • Be organised and methodical in their approach
  • Be reliable and committed
  • Have a good telephone manner
