We currently have a number of vacancies for people with skills within Customer Services or Administration within Solihull. The roles that we have are very variable and will require the successful applicants to be able to prioritise their workload on a daily basis. From answering the phone to data entry and filing the roles require the ability to be flexible.
Duties may include:
- Inbound and outbound customer calls

- Creating of clients' accounts
- Meeting and greeting of visitors
- Filing

- Be organised and methodical in their approach
- Be reliable and committed
