Field Service Technician

Travail employment group are delighted to be working with a worldwide Manufacturing company in Sheffield, who are looking for a Field Service Technician to join their technical team. This is a great opportunity for someone to start their career and grow within the company. While working within a team of 3, you will be reporting to the Senior Technician and responsible for:

• Daily use of handheld tools to manufacture company products.
• Liaise and communicate with sub-contractors for order requests.
• Maintain a high level of service when attending to customer breakdowns.
• Identify electrical faults and repair as required.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues within a timely manner.

The successful Field Service Technician will:

• Hold a full clean UK driving license.
• Have the flexibility to travel
• Have previous experience using hand tools.
• Be confident providing customer support.
• Fantastic attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Be able to work confidently and manage their daily diary efficiently.

This role would suit someone who has been working as a Field Service Technician, Technician Support or Manufacturing Technician, within a manufacturing or production environment.

• Monday - Thursday (7:00am - 4:00pm) Fridays (7:00am - 1:00pm)
