Finance Assistant
£27,000 - £32,000 per annum (pro rata) depending on skills and abilities
Permanent role
3 days a week or 24 hours

The Role:
Finance Assistant required for a reputable manufacturing company working in a friendly team.

Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant:

  • Maintaining data on various systems and spreadsheets
  • Working with sales / purchase ledger
  • Credit control
  • Preparation of accounts
  • Managing payments
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Reconciliation of finance accounts
  • Processing invoices & expense forms
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Working closely with individuals across the business at all levels


Requirements of the Finance Assistant:

  • AAT Level 2 or willing to study (company will provide study package)
  • Demonstrable experience in an accounting position
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Highly numerate
  • Excellent customer service
