Warehouse/Production Operative with FLT.
Wellingborough Based
£12.80 per hour / Onsite Parking / Monday-Friday / Day Shift / FLT Licence
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative with an FLT licence to join our client who are an established business. Reporting to the Production Manager you will be part of the Warehouse/Production team.
This role is working approx 75% warehouse/picking, packing work & 25% FLT work / loading.
About the role
As a Warehouse/Production Operative you will be involved in the manufacturing, assembling and packing stages of the process. You will be working within a team where the main aspects of the role are the following
- Use a FLT counterbalance.
- Load
- Reworking and fitting products
- Picking
- Packing
- Precision-focused & Meticulous task management
- Duct and conduit preparation for installations
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
Skills and Experience
You will require to come from a production background.
- Have worked in a fast paced environment and can meet deadlines
- Experience with basic quality control checks and reporting issues
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for recording data
- Have a good eye for detail and shows initiative
- Interpret technical diagrams to ensure accurate network set up
- Be willing to learn and show flexibility
- Be a team player with good time keeping.
- Must have a Valid UK FLT licence.
