Forklift Operator

Warehouse / FLT Operator - Permanent position paying £24,500 per annum. Hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm (early finish on Fri) - Based in Avonmouth, Bristol. Benefits include 28 days holiday, Pension, On site parking

We are urgently recruiting a Forklift Driver for our market leading client, who are a supplier of products for the construction industry. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and working as part of a small but friendly team, the successful candidate will hold a current Counterbalance Licence and have previous experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment.

Duties will include:

• Loading & unloading vehicles
• Receiving goods in and checking paperwork
• Putting stock away
• Picking and packing goods and preparing for despatch
• General warehouse duties

Due to the nature of the products you will be working, this role does involve alot of manual handling - you will be lifting up to 25kg. In addition you will be have good customer service skills and you will be regularly liaising with other colleagues and departments.

This is a permanent position to start ASAP.
