Forklift Operator

Forklift Driver - £13.27 per hour - based in Fishponds, Bristol - benefits include 28 days holiday, Pension, Bonus, on-site parking. This is a permanent role working a late shift Monday to Thursday - hours are 1.30pm to Midnight (11.30pm on Thurs)

We are recruiting a Forklift Operator to join a leading and well established manufacturing company based in Fishponds, Bristol. Working as part of a busy warehouse and production team, this role will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

The successful Forklift Driver will have a current Bendi / Pivot Steer Licence,, as well as a Counterbalance licence - you will also have worked within a busy warehouse or distribution environment.

Duties will include:

• Supplying materials to shop floor
• Taking finished goods from shop floor and putting stock away
• Labelling products
• Stock counting
• Some despatch work and loading vehicles
• Waste management
• General warehouse duties

The successful Forklift Driver will have previously worked in a similar environment and have a steady work history - a Bendi / Pivot Steer licence would is essential. You will enjoy working as part of a team, but also be able to work on your own and use your initiative. The ability to remain calm under pressure is essential.

This is a temp to perm opportunity to start as soon as possible.
