General Manager - PR and Marketing

General Manager, Harrogate, Basic salary to £45k, OTE £70k+

Due to internal restructuring my client is looking to recruit an experienced individual to manage, lead and drive this successful agency. You must have previous PR and Marketing experience and also have the ambition, drive and tenacity to develop the business further.

Key Responsibilities
·Actively manage, motivate and inspire the team on a day to day basis. Working closely with key individuals within the business as well as a number of self employed individuals who work remotely.
·Attend pre-scheduled appointments and present to prospective clients in order to win new business.
·Account Management of existing customers ensuring that an exceptional level of customer care is given at all times.
·Interpret and deliver the financials of the business at board level.
·Make strategic business decisions.

Key Skills
·You must have worked within PR and Marketing previously and have the ability to present, overcome objections and provide attractive solutions
·Previous management experience.
·Be ambitious, tenacious, self driven and motivated with the ability to drive a team in the same way.

Package
·Basic Salary up to £45k with profit share taking the package to £70k+
·Health Insurance
·Mileage allowance or use of pool car
