We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Operator to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This role involves a variety of finishing tasks, working with machinery, and ensuring products are completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate and assist with finishing machines.
• 
  Wash, paint, and carry out general finishing work on products.
• 
  Check products meet company quality standards.
• 
  Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
• 
  Support colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• 
  Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.
• 
  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• 
  Physically fit, capable of manual handling and hands-on work.
• 
  Good communication skills.
• 
  Previous experience in a production, finishing, or factory role is beneficial but not essential.
