Grounds maintenance Person / Gardener / Exterior grounds person to start asap paying circa £9.13 - £9.50ph plus benefits. This is a temporary position to start immediately!

Job Title: Grounds maintenance Person / Gardener / Exterior grounds person
Salary: £9.13 - £9.50 per hour
Location: BS30
Duration: Temporary ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break)
Benefits: Pension, 20 days holiday + bank holidays

The successful Grounds maintenance Person / Gardener / Exterior grounds person will be working in established teams, carrying out external grounds maintenance on customers premises.

Duties will include: grass cutting, strimming, maintaining shrubs, hedges and trees. There may be some planting, bark mulch etc and general upkeep of the customer sites, removing fallen leaves and controlling weeds.

You will have previous practical experience and understanding of machinery and equipment associated with grounds maintenance tasks.

The successful Grounds maintenance Technician / Grounds maintenance person / Exterior grounds person should have a relevant horticultural or landscaping or gardening background and ideally related qualifications or possibly gained training and knowledge in these areas over a period of time. A full UK driving licence would also be preferred.
