Our client based in Grantham is looking for an experienced HGV Hydraulics Technician to undertake Hydraulic system assembly and installation to support the production of trucks and trailers to specification.

The successful Hydraulics Technician will join an experienced team and their main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Fitting rams, wet kits, conveyor floors and walking floors.

• Creation of schematic drawings for future use.

• Following technical plans.

• Adhering to strict safety regulations.

To be considered for the Hydraulics Technician role you must have the following key skills and experience are essential:

• Previous experience in hydraulic assembly and installation (preferably on HGV trucks and trailers).

• Ability to plan the layout of hydraulic components to achieve a logical and balanced system.

• Capable of reading and creating schematic drawings for future work.

• Knowledge of electrical/hydraulic fitting techniques.

The hours for this role will be Monday to Thursday 6.00am - 4.30pm with Fridays off.
