Our client, an established business based near Southwell, is looking for an experienced Hire Desk Administrator to join their busy team.

The suitable candidate will be completing a variety of activities relating to administration, managing casual hire applications and processing documentation to the site managers and the logistics team. You will also be handling customer service queries by phone and email.

To apply for the role of Hire Desk Administrator the candidate needs to be:

Confident and articulate with the ability to manage their own day and help out with general office as and when the role requires.

The role is fast paced and candidates must have worked in an ever-changing environment, no shrinking violets!

Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Candidates must be self-starters with advanced IT skills including Word and Excel.

Owner/Driver essential due to rural location.
