Full time - 37hrs per week
Our well established client based in Grantham is currently looking for an experienced HR Admin to join their team on a Temporary basis for around 2 - 3 months, with the possibility of longer depending on the needs of the business.
Duties to include;
• Data Entry /General Office Administration
• Assisting with Recruitment / campaigns / on boarding / adverts
• Chasing and processing various HR forms (starters, leavers, RTW, probationary reviews, resignations etc.)
• Preparation of contracts / pre-employment checks / references
• Responding to employee queries
• Assisting with payroll for monthly payment run with payroll department
The ideal candidate will;
• Use of MHR iTrent (not essential)
• Have previous experience within a similar role
• Have a strong understanding of all Microsoft Packages including Excel / MS Office
This will be office based in Grantham centre.
