Internal Sales

Up to £30k plus bonus of around £1-2k, M-F, 8.30am to 5pm (40hrs per week), Perm, DN8, excellent holidays

Please only apply if you have Internal Sales experience as you will be providing a high level of customer service and sales encouragement through lots of upselling:

Developing long standing business relationships with existing & new customers

Dealing with enquiries over email & telephone to secure orders and maximise profit margins

Providing support for technical enquiries, arranging customer quotations and providing pricing, delivery and lead time guidance

You will complete sales and purchase orders using Sage and arrange delivery schedules for projects

To apply for the position of Internal Sales and Customer Services Rep you will need:

Excellent telephone manner, verbal and written communication skills

Abilities with Microsoft Office as well as a good level numeracy

You will not be afraid to pick up the phone and speak to colleagues and clients

Displaying tenacity and personal drive to succeed in providing exceptional customer services

Benefits of the Internal Sales and Customer Services Rep position include:

Salary: Up to £30k depending on experience, skills and abilities

Bonus: There is a bonus which is paid dependant on annual success usually around £1-2k

Holidays: Start on 20 plus stats plus 3 days at Christmas (31 this year)

Holidays: Increase with time up to 25 days plus 8 stats plus 3 at Christmas!
