JOB ROLE

An exciting opportunity for an IT Analyst to use their technical support & problem management skills to maintain operations at all UK sites with primary responsibility for Doncaster based IT operations. Providing exceptional IT Customer Service and Support through proactivity and within company standards and guidelines, logging resolutions thoroughly in the ServiceDesk System. The Technical Analyst role includes.

• Provide presentations, training, and support to ensure business users remain proficient and confident in the use of business systems

• Providing exceptional IT Customer Service and Support.

• Logging resolutions thoroughly in the ServiceDesk System

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for IT Analyst role you must have a keen interest in IT and a high level of communication/presentation skills. Ideally at least 3 years' experience in an IT support role, in a medium/large company environment supporting multiple technologies. This role would suit someone in IT support, First Line support of Analyst roles.
